Saint Luke’s Seeking Director of Youth Ministries

Saint Luke’s Presbyterian Church in Dunwoody is seeking a passionate, relational, and creative part-time Director of Youth Ministries to help nurture the faith, leadership, and lives of students in grades 6–12. This role offers meaningful collaboration with a supportive pastoral team, engaged volunteers, and invested families as you build an engaging ministry centered on belonging, learning, service, and joyful participation in the life of the church. 

Director of Youth Ministries Job Description 

Position highlights: 20–25 hours/week, reports to the Senior Pastor, salary range $30,000–$40,000 (benefits negotiable), plus additional compensation for overnights/camps/trips. Responsibilities include leading weekly youth ministry, supporting 8th-grade Confirmation, equipping volunteers, providing pastoral care alongside staff, and helping lead youth involvement in retreats, mission opportunities, and the annual Tartan Trot.
