Plant a Seed. Leave a Legacy.

May 30, 2026 by Lindsay Moss

After more than 18 months of dreaming, planning, designing, creating, and building, the results of many people’s ideas, skills, and efforts came to into full view of the church on Sunday morning with the unveiling of the Mustard Seed, an acrylic on canvas painting, which is now the centerpiece of the Saint Luke’s Endowment Fund Recognition Wall. Inspired by the parable of the mustard seed, the painting was created and donated to the church by its artist, church member Leslie Rae Cannon.

The Recognition Wall was designed as a tribute to the faithful stewards and visionaries of the Saint Luke’s community who have invested in the Saint Luke’s Presbyterian Church’s Endowment Fund to create their own legacy of love, ensuring our church family thrives for years to come.

Make sure you find an opportunity to stop by the Recognition Wall to learn more about the details of the different components of the Wall and to receive your own invitation to “Plant a Seed and Leave a Legacy.”
