The Cub Scouts would like to request the use of the Great Hall on Tuesday, November 13th from 5:30 – 8 PM. We will be hosting our annual Bear carnival where the kids make up games, charge a nickel to play, and the money is donated to scouting. We also invite a Marine from Toys for Tots to come by and pick up toys the boys donate.
I will have some more dates for you shortly but I wanted to get this one in particular on the calendar quickly as it involves a couple Cub Scout packs coming together.

I am emailing you today to inquire if it will be ok for our Cub Scout Pack (764) to set up a table in the lobby before and after Sunday service to sell popcorn, similar to what we did last year. We would like that event to occur on September 23rd. Please let me know what I need to seek approval for this event.
