Scouts Blue and Gold Dinner- Great Hall (6-7pm)

August 1, 2017 by Pam Melton

21st is the Girl Scout event by Shari Wassell and team. I reached out to her to see if they would be done by 2:30 or after. She said they might wrap up sooner (e.g. 1 PM) but may go to 2:30 if their second session fills up. However, she didn’t see any conflict with our banquet set up starting about 4 that afternoon.

With that being known, would it be possible to schedule the Great Hall for our banquet from 4- 8 PM on April 21st? Our actual banquet is during the dinner hour from 6 – 7 PM but we need to bookend the time for setup and cleanup.
