Cub Scout, Order of the Arrow, 4pm- Chapel

I would like to reserve the Chapel for a Cub Scout event on Sunday, March 18th from 3:30 – 6 PM. The actual event would start at 4 PM and most likely conclude by 5:30 PM at the latest. The event is the Order of the Arrow where we have the Cub Scouts that are in 5th grade transition to the Boy Scout troop at the church. We normally hold this event in the Great Hall but I feel like the Chapel will be a little more intimate and reverent for this special ceremony. Please let me know if the Chapel is available from 3:30 – 6 PM on Sunday, March 18th.

 

Cub Scouts (Den 4, Pack 494, Al Wang)-Tour of Church and Group Activity, Session Room

I was wondering if the Cub Scout Den (Den 4, Pack 494) that AJ Wang, Hunter Moss, Cooper Waller, William Wellford are part of could do our Monthly Den activity (Duty to God) at St. Luke’s.  Our meeting is planned for Dec 11 from 6:30PM to 7:30PM.

I believe our activity involves visiting a religious monument or site.  Not sure if Roby is around to talk about when then building was started and expanded. And then we will build a visual display (drawing pictures, writing words to show reverence to God).  We will do our basic flag ceremonies to open and close our meeting.

I realize there is another Pack and Den that uses St. Luke’s as it’s primary meeting location.  And I know there are many groups who have reserved and use the facility.

Please let me know if any space is available.  Our pack is 10 children plus 10 parent
