Belhaven University Graduation- Great Hall, Sanctuary and Other Locations

Hello, Pam!  For the last three years Belhaven Universities’ Atlanta campus has our conducted graduation ceremony at St. Luke’s.  We would like to be added to the calendar so that our 2017 ceremony can be at St. Luke’s!   Our date for our 2017 ceremony will be Saturday, May 20.  Traditionally the ceremony is at 10:00 in the morning in the Sanctuary. 

Our requests includes usage of:

• Choir Room for student robing at 8:00 (I know I will need approval from Clair)
• Parlor for Faculty and dignitary robing at 8:30
• Chapel for a class photo at 9:00
• Sanctuary for 10:00 Ceremony
• Great Hall for Coffee/Pastries 11:15-noon

In the past we have been able to have everything packed up and be completely out of the building at 2:00.  We will continue the offer a $500 donation to St. Luke’s in appreciation for your partnership and hospitality.
