On June 6, Saint Luke’s will begin offering two services: 9 am Outdoor Worship and 10:30 am Sanctuary Worship.

Will I need to pre-register?
No. For the 10:30 Sanctuary Worship, attendees must sign the friendship pad in your pew.
Is vaccination required for gathering?
Vaccination is not required, but strongly encouraged for those eligible to help keep the community safe. Those not vaccinated are asked to keep masks on at all times while indoors.Nearly all Saint Luke’s members eligible have been vaccinated, according to a survey of the congregation (153 of 153 respondents will be vaccinated by June 1, and 146 of 150 said those eligible in their households will be vaccinated). We cannot guarantee vaccination at our gatherings, and of course children under 12 are not yet eligible.
Do I need to wear a mask?
For all gatherings at Saint Luke’s, attendees 3 and over should wear a mask while coming and going, and any time social distance is not maintained.9 am Outdoor Service – All attendees may remove masks outdoors while seated.10:30 am Sanctuary Service – Vaccinated attendees may remove masks inside while seated.
Will we practice social distancing in the Sanctuary Service?
Yes. Attendees will be seated in a distanced configuration and will be encouraged to enter/exit through various doorways while remaining socially distanced as much as possible. Extended family groups may sit together if space allows. If you attend worship by yourself, you may sit with worshipers of another household provided that you have both been vaccinated.
Will there be congregational singing of hymns?
Not at this time. We will have live music (vocal and instrumental) during both services.
Can I watch online?
Yes. The 10:30am service will be livestreamed via the Saint Luke’s YouTube Channel. Go to www.slpres.org. Note: Starting June 6, we will no longer send a Sunday morning e-blast.
What’s being offered for children?
Both services will offer Tell Us Our Story and an activity after Tell Us Our Story for children who would like to participate. A variety of worship resources will also be available at both services.
Will we be able to visit with our fellow church attendees?
Yes! Each Sunday prior to and following worship, the Hannaford Garden Courtyard will be open for fellowship opportunities. We do ask that you wait until you are outdoors to visit with others. Note: Starting June 6, our online fellowship time will no longer be offered.
